poor john williams – just back from the circus in iraq and subjected to

Simon looked horrified by the whole of john william’s performance in the audition in san francisco.  Randy’s “looked like something in a circus” comment was a bit harsh. . . although Simon lacks any credibility when he criticizes one of the other judges for being harsh.  I guess Randy felt guilty enough to let him through.  Let’s face it. . . john williams was definitely a little freaky, but he was harmless and has a decent voice, so why not let him through, if for no other reason than to see what other wacky antics he displays there.
