Uh Oh. . What the hell was Kinnik Sky Thinking?

Don’t get me wrong, I love Kinnik Sky. .  But what the hell was she thinking with tonight’s song choice?  She said she’s a country girl and so she chose to give Gretchen Wilson’s “Here For The Party” a try.  She’s performed it lots of times in her bedroom but never on stage. . .Well, you guessed it. . . It should have stayed in the bedroom. Now I appreciated her get up and go, her country style and her fun attitude. . but the performance was pretty mediocre.  Randy liked the personality expression but thought it wasn’t the best song choice.  Paula agreed.  Simon said at least she tried something to stand out in the crowd. . . but the performance was something like a theme park entertainer’s performance – something you might see coming off of Magic Mountain. . . I don’t think she’s leaving but she needs to be like Avis and . . . try a little harder.
