Ace Young took on “We Will Rock You” on tonight’s American Idol. I love Ace but it was pretty weak. It wasn’t bad and he sounded pretty good, but it just wasn’t over the top Freddie Mercury. He tried to get a little funky with black leather pants, which I appreciated. Randy thought it was karaoke. Paula said she appreciated that he knew what time it was in the competition and that he took a risk. Simon basically said it sucked – We Will Rock You Gently. Again, agreed with Simon.
