What Elliott Yamin Won't Do For Love

Elliott Yamin was given “What You Won’t Do For Love” to sing by Paula Abdul on tonight’s American Idol. Before he got to the song, they showed clips of his home-coming with his town’s Mayor and a huge crowd of supporters. Paula said that she chose it because he is a funky white boy with soul and he shows nothing but love. Elliott came out seeming a lot more confident on his second song that on his first. It was a straight song and performance. It was good and he looked lovable. . not much else to say. Randy said it was a good song choice but that he was a little sharp throughout the song. Paula said that he has amazing soul and R&B tone and that he pierces through the heart. Simon said that it was not a great song choice but that he performed it “pretty good.”
