I don’t know what happened this week on American Idol. I was pretty bored. I was surprised at several of the people that did not get through. The judges were taking no prisoners and making few exceptions with the “don’t forget your words” rule. In past years, there have been people that got dumped early and perhaps incorrectly. But there was always people that were given a “free pass” when they screwed up because the judges knew that they were good. This year was insane though. I wasn’t so sorry to see Porcelana go, but was very surprised that Sarah Burgess and Baylie Brown go sent home so quickly. I was a little disappointed to see Nicole Turner go also. I think she did ok. I was not sorry to see Perla go though. She was a little too much latin princess for my taste. . . The big shocker for me though was that Ebony Jointer was not featured at all on the show and then there was a brief group section where everyone got sent home and I’m pretty sure she was in it!!! I’m sorry, but there is a story there and I want to know what it is. I don’t think it could be that she was in the Lingerie Football League. . . big deal. And what about her bikini modeling in “Paulie Shore is Dead?”
