tiggerprr’s scratching post » Blog Archive » American Idol…How I’m Starting to Loathe Thee. I won’t bother giving my review…it was basically more of the same dreck from the week before. I like the same people: Blake (begrudingly, but he’s really one of the best), Melinda (she has such a spark and what a powerhouse voice in a tiny little package), Lakisha (not my favorite singer but I acknowledge her talent) and Stephanie. I was amazed that Sabrina Sloane is gone…I pegged her as one of the possible contenders for the crown. I’m sure it’s because they haven’t made me feel like investing my time to vote. I didn’t even watch the shows this week as they were happening. I had other things to do. That in itself is telltale. I never allowed myself to have other things to do if at all possible during the previous 3 seasons. I’m overall, unimpressed, uninspired and underwhelmed. But I can’t seem to let go. Like a good relationship gone sour. ::sighs::
