Joanna Pacitti seems like a very nice and mature young woman. She’s pretty easy on the eyes as well. Kara recognized her as having been signed by A&M Records in the past. Joanna just said that it didn’t work out. She chose to sing a Pat Benatar song, “We Belong. She started off very softly and I was a little worried for her, but then she kicked it up into high gear and had a surprisingly powerful voice for a little white girl.
Simon said yes immediately. Paula said that she liked her, as did Kara. Joanna started crying to hear it. Randy said yes too. Joanna was so excited. It was really sweet. It makes you wonder what the hell happened with A&M because she really wasn’t sure that she would sail through. She must have taken a real hit to her self-esteem. Maybe I will have to dig something up on that. . There’s definitely a story there.

This girl is really talented. I hope she gets another chance to pursue her dreams. I can’t understand why her label didn’t promote her more. I don’t think 99% of America has heard of her – I know I didn’t until her auditions. What a HUGE mistake that her label wasn’t behind he rand didn’t promote her bettert.
